We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in data reporting and analysis, with expertise in SQL, dashboarding tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to meet the business needs of various stakeholders.
- Use SQL to query and extract data from relational databases and transform it into meaningful, easily interpretable insights.
- Collaborate with business teams to define reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
- Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights to help drive data-driven decision-making.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for reporting enhancements.
- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with dashboarding tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of data visualization best practices.
