Job Description
As a Digital Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers across all social platforms, providing timely and accurate responses, and supporting brand strategies. You will attend training sessions, stay up-to-date with social media trends, and maintain high-quality standards in all interactions.
You will also be responsible for recognizing opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will document product issues and enter required information in the CRM to ensure data integrity.
Requirements
