Events Marketing Specialist

Our client, a financial services company, is seeking a skilled and collaborative Events Marketing Specialist to help drive the success of events as a key pillar of their marketing strategy. This role will focus on organizing and executing both in-person and digital events, sponsorships, and key partnerships across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning and execution of events, including conferences, roadshows, webinars, and sponsorships.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to develop event agendas, marketing materials, and manage logistics.
• Manage event registration, communications, and post-event activities including feedback and data tracking.
• Collaborate with senior executives, vendors, and sales teams to ensure event success.
• Track KPIs and ensure event execution aligns with organizational business goals.
• Coordinate virtual events using platforms like On24 and Zoom, and handle event content in collaboration with compliance teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• 3 years of events experience in financial services
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and changing details.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Occasional travel (10-15%).
• Creative and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
