We are seeking a passionate, creative, and organized Marketing Events Specialist to drive both virtual and in-person events. The role involves developing and executing high-impact event strategies—managing logistics, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring exceptional audience engagement. The ideal candidate is experienced in event planning, content curation, and modern digital platforms, with a strategic mindset and attention to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage logistics for virtual and off-site events, including budgeting, contract negotiation, AV setup, and employee travel coordination.
Develop and execute high-quality virtual events (webinars, office hours and sales meetings) and operationally own platforms like Zoom, Asana, Google Suite or similar tools.
Oversee event inventory, shipping, and promotional material management.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless offsite event execution.
Lead content development committees and collaborate to source speakers (partners, customers, thought leaders) for virtual and in-person events.
Align event strategies with sales goals and pipeline growth targets.
Collaborate with Marketing Services for branding, GTM deliverables, and pre/post-show campaigns.
Develop comprehensive event guides, promotional messaging, and post-event follow-up reports to track ROI and KPIs.
Drive engagement by leveraging audience insights to tailor content for specific marketing funnel stages.
Partner with Content Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to support product launches, webinars, & third party events.
Liaise with social and growth teams to drive visibility and social promotion for events.
Requirements
3-5 years experience in virtual and/or in-person event leadership.
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to multitask under deadline-driven project priorities.
Expertise with event platforms (Zoom & Asana,) and tools for digital delivery.
Strategic thinker with exceptional operational and organizational skills.
Excellent copywriting, presentation creation, and communication abilities.
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with experience tracking event performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Drive, Asana or similar tools.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
