We are working with one of our favorite AmLaw firms in Atlanta who is seeking an experienced finance associate to join their successful group. This position will work on a variety of finance transactions, with an emphasis on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated lending transactions and middle market lending transactions. This group is one of the most sophisticated within Atlanta and opportunities to work with great clients.
