Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in Georgia (or willingness to obtain admission).
- 2 years of substantive commercial finance and real estate finance experience.
- Proven experience representing traditional and non-traditional lenders and / or borrowers in a variety of financing transactions .
- Background in structuring , negotiating , and documenting acquisition financing , working capital facilities , and letter of credit transactions .
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Work well on a team and individually, highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
