Our client, a luxury hotel in Washington, D.C., is seeking a temporary to permanent Hotel Wellness Concierge to join their team!
About the Job :
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a high-end hospitality experience.
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide therapists with accurate daily schedules.
- Proactively reach out to upcoming guests to highlight spa, salon, and fitness offerings.
- Guide guests in selecting services and products, while promoting and upselling spa and salon treatments.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Oversee inventory of spa essentials, restock amenities, and coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to maintain a pristine facility.
