Our client, a prestigious law firm is seeking a hard-working and collaborative HR Specialist to join their NYC team! The ideal candidate possesses experience handling recruiting, onboarding, offboarding and training. Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses experience supporting employee relations, performance management, as well as a deep understanding of HR procedures. - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field required.
- 2 years of experience with full-cycle recruiting and understanding HR best practices.
- Prior experience supporting performance management and other HR functions preferred.
- Experience with Excel, UKG and ICIMS is helpful.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
The salary range for this role is $90-$120k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
