Job Description:
We are looking for a Level 1 Tech Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on onboarding/offboarding users, providing technical training to non-technical users, managing assets and inventory, and offering laptop/desktop support through ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for users.
- Provide technical training to non-technical users.
- Manage assets and inventory efficiently.
- Offer support for laptop and desktop issues through ticketing systems.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to effectively train non-technical users.
- Exposure in asset and inventory management.
- Experience in providing laptop and desktop support via ticketing systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ticketing systems for efficient support.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
