Litigation Assistant

Beacon Hill's client, an AM Law 100 firm is seeking a mid-senior Legal Administrative Assistant with commercial litigation experience.

• Title: Client Services Specialists
• Location: Las Vegas, NV 89135
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: open-ended with the possibility to convert to a permanent position
• Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm PST, 5 days a week in office
• Hourly Pay: $28-$38/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Mid-to-senior level experience (4 years) as a litigation administrative assistant
• Commercial litigation experience is a non-negotiable
• Court filings (e-filings, local, county, state) experience
• Calendar management: scheduling depositions, client meetings, court dates, etc.
• Document management experience is a must
• Document preparation, including the formatting of motions, briefs, correspondence, etc.
• Trial preparation as this role will require assistance with organizing materials for trials, binders, etc.
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail. This role is being added to keep the attorneys organized, and someone with this level of litigation administrative experience is crucial.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to support multiple attorneys and manage volume of work
• Strong technical skills
