Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the National Account Department's project coordination efforts, providing proposals, project-related documents, installer and schedule coordination.
The successful candidate will have experience in prior roles in construction and/or manufacturing, as well as prior account management experience. They will also possess working experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive, including Excel/Sheets, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. CRM experience with Odoo is also beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in success of the National Account Department's project coordination efforts
- Provide proposals, project-related documents, installer and schedule coordination
- Identify project leads and prepare comprehensive action plans
- Work closely with project manager to perform various tasks including estimating, bidding, identifying needs and providing proper documentation and literature
- Track projects process through planning, implementation, monitoring, and closing
Essential Duties:
- Work with National Accounts department team members to communicate and maintain current documents
- Ensure all Customers have most up-to-date and current information, and are following the procurement process developed as part of our National Accounts Program
- Support team efforts in fielding email/phone call requests related to the National Accounts program to ensure all customers receive attention in a timely manner
- Learns and adheres to current processes within assigned programs, recommending changes to process/workflows to Director of National Accounts; assist with implementation of approved changes
Requirements:
- Experience in prior role(s) in construction and/or manufacturing
- Prior account management experience
- Working experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive including Excel/Sheets, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
- CRM experience helpful; Odoo
