Our client, a boutique wealth management firm in Richmond, VA, has a need for a permanent Operations Analyst to join their busy team!
About the Job:
- Coordinate and execute money movement through tasks such as wire transfers, journals, and ACH payments, utilizing Schwab Advisor Center.
- Process new account openings, as well as update contact information and beneficiaries.
- Correspond with clients to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain the office's digital/electronic filing system.
- Provide additional support with other client and operations related tasks.
About You:
- 1 years of private wealth management operations experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with a custodian is required; Schwab Advisor Center (SAC) is preferred!
- Reliable self-starter with engaging customer service skills and high attention to detail.
About the Position:
- $60K-$65K, DOE
- 100% on=site in Richmond, VA (schedule flexibility after your first year).
- Office hours are 8am-5pm.
- Lunch is ordered/provided daily!
- Dog-friendly office.
