Patent Docket Specialist

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Patent Docket Specialist for a leading global law firm. The Patent Docket Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the computerized patent docket system and will work closely with the Regional Manager of Patent Support Services. The ideal candidate is someone who has working knowledge of the CPI database, and over one year of experience with US and foreign patent docketing. This opportunity is direct hire, full time, and hybrid (3 days in, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of the CPI database, including :

Information related to each specific application, docket due dates, and remarks

Qualifications :
