What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Processor position at Beacon Hill?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to join our fast-paced team. This role is responsible for managing high-volume payroll emails, processing employee transactions, reviewing timecards for accuracy, and maintaining payroll records.
The ideal candidate will have basic payroll knowledge, strong data entry accuracy, and Excel proficiency. Responsibilities include responding to employee and agency payroll inquiries, handling wage attachments and direct deposits, distributing payroll checks, and supporting payroll audits. Experience in a larger company is preferred. This full-time position offers hybrid work schedule once fully trained.
