Proposal Sales Enablement Specialist

Our client, in the financial space, is looking to add a Proposal Sales Enablement Specialist to their team. This is a 6 month contract role with the potential to extend and can be remote or 2 days onsite in Boston, MA.

The candidate is someone who is:

• Highly analytical with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Demonstrates strong institutional and investment background (alternative investment or private wealth background a plus).
• Brings excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Focus on delivering first-class sales support to internal business partners
• Ability to think critically and draws from resources to build simple, unified, and persuasive output.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaborative.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; and RFP software is a plus

What you will do:

• Responsible for RFPs, RFIs, due diligence requests and other client related requests including consultant portals and fundraising inquiries.
• An investment writer who works with functional teams to support response coordination of the RFP process
• Serve as project lead and facilitates kick-off meetings, communicate key tasks, using approved content, and coordinate with essential team members to complete the prospective investor requests.
• Coordinate with Marketing Compliance to ensure responses follow SEC marketing guidelines, when applicable.
• Provide Sales Enablement support for Investor Relations for the Firm's global offices.
• Collaborate with internal functional teams (including, but not limited to investments, operations, legal/compliance, etc.) as appropriate to respond to various investor inquires.
• And other responsibilities as required.

What you bring:

• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and RFP software. Loopio is a plus.
• Institutional investment management, private equity or private wealth experience is a plus.
• Prior marketing or sales support roles

Education Preferred:

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience
• Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience

Experience:

• 3-5 Years experience in investment management/private equity/private wealth/marketing/RFP capacity preferred
