Our client, a prominent commericial property management company, is looking for a temporary-to-hire Senior Commercial Property Administrator to join their team in the heart of Washington, DC!
About the Job:
- Provide administrative support, including phone support, report preparation, and office supply coordination.
- Assist with lease administration and maintain orderly property files, including contracts and leases.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and oversee work order and purchase order systems.
- Update and maintain tenant service packages and ensure accurate tenant information in the database.
- Support budget preparation and monthly financial reporting, as well as manage invoices and insurance certificates.
About You:
- 2 years of experience within commercial property management is required.
- 1 year of experience in an assistant property management role is required.
- A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- Exceptional customer service and administrative skills are required.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, financials, and reporting are required.
Position Details:
- Pays $26/hr-$28/hr while temporary.
- $60k-$65k, when permanent, DOE.
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
