Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a longstanding client, in the financial services sector, in the search for a Senior Corporate Tax Manager to join their team. This role will be heavily focused on tax software implementation, supporting both pre-sale and post-sale process development for the organization's tax software. Candidates should be well versed in tax regulations and will be responsible for coordinating with multiple departments within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in refining and optimizing processes to enhance the implementation and integration of our tax software and workpaper solutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of educational materials, including user guides, best practice documentation, case studies, and FAQs to support client onboarding and ongoing use.
- Create and deliver training programs, presentations, and video learning resources covering fundamental and advanced software functionalities, including complex tax scenarios such as state taxation and entity structures.
- Conduct in-depth research on corporate tax issues to ensure the software aligns with industry requirements and evolving tax regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to enhance software usability and address client needs effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- CPA preferred
- 5 years' experience in corporate tax
- Knowledge of tax software implementation best practices
