JOB DESCRIPTION
Beacon is seeking a full-time Office Manager. The position will be responsible for financial and human resources operations of the office, including bookkeeping, payroll, and new hire onboarding, in support of the Director of Administration.
We are looking for someone ideally with a bookkeeping or accounting background and exceptional attention to detail.
In addition to salary, the position provides a health insurance reimbursement plan up to $5,700 per year, vacation and sick leave, a matching retirement plan, disability and life insurance, holiday pay, and more.
