Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong enthusiastic, charming, determined, self-reliant skills with loyal, consistent, firm, and one who is self-assured. You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for executives and staff as needed.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, procurement, and maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate communication across departments and organize team meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts.
- Compliance: Ensure office policies and procedures comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Technology Oversight: Coordinate with IT support to maintain office technology, including computers, printers, and software systems.
- HR Assistance: Support HR in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in office management, administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Adobe Software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience managing budgets or vendor contracts.
- Familiarity with HR processes or office technology systems.
