What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Maintenance Technician for Affordable Family Apartment Community position at Beacon Management Corporation?
Assistant Maintenance Technician for a (100) unit Affordable Family Apartment Community. Works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and has the ability to work independently as well. Job requirements are as follows:
Make ready/turn vacant units, which includes cleaning, painting, repairs as needed.
Complete work orders daily and preventative maintenance duties required.
Have good time management and organizational skills. Have the ability to work as a team and enjoys providing good customer service to residents.
Set weekly schedule of (40) hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and the ability to share the duties of responding to "on-call" emergencies nights and weekends if needed.
Drug Test and Criminal Background Required
