Beacon Marine Construction, LLC., is the leading specialty marine construction company on Cape Cod focused on building connections to the waterfront for residential and commercial properties, and public works. As well as tug and barge services, crane work, dredging and heavy machinery operations.
The Construction Crew Member builds piers, staircases, floats, seawalls, bulkheads, and revetments. Crew Member also operates boats, barges, trailers, boom truck, and other heavy equipment onsite as required.
Position is accountable to the Foreman for:
· Completing projects with profitable efficiency to budget
· Manage man hours assigned to each project
· Daily communication with the Construction Superintendent
· Training crew members on skills in a job as needed

Experience: Framing Carpentry: 3 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
· Valid Driver’s License (Required)
· CDL Class B License with Manual and Air Brake Endorsements (Preferred)
· Mass Hoist License (Preferred)

Salary: Hourly $26.00 - $34.00 per hour based on experience and skillset
Schedule:
· Year Around
· Full Time
· Monday through Friday
· Weekends are unusual but occasionally required
Expected Hours: 40 – 45 hours per week
