Maintenance and Construction Crew Member / Leader
Objective:
Under close supervision, responsible for performing a range of common manual labor duties including, but not limited to, lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading lawn care products from vehicles, digging and refilling holes and routine grounds maintenance tasks. Crew members assist specialists with production and provide assistance in an overall team effort.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist crew under direction of the Crew Leader on job site.
- Able to and licensed to operate machinery and equipment required for position.
- Flexibility to be moved to different projects depending on needs of the crew.
- Arrive on time for each workday.
- Properly document hours worked each day.
- Always working while on jobsite to ensure efficiency and productivity of the crew.
- When approached by a customer, always directs them to the Crew Leader or Lead Foreman when available on the jobsite.
- Treats all customers with courtesy and respect by properly acknowledging and greeting on jobsite.
- Projects professionalism of the company by wearing clean khaki pants/shorts, boots, uniform shirt/sweatshirt and safety equipment such as eye and ear protection.
- Operates company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Assists Irrigation Technician as needed.
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly pay of $23 - $30 (Based on experience and position)

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 7:00AM Start time
- Some Saturdays when needed
- Rarely work on Sundays
Requirements for Position:
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- DOT Medical Card
- Prefer 1-2 years landscaping experience. Some irrigation experience is a plus!
- Ability to drive truck with trailer.
Salary : $23 - $30
