This is a full-time role for a Landscape Construction Crew Leader located in South Dennis, MA. The Crew Leader will oversee and participate in the day-to-day tasks of landscape construction projects, which include planning and executing landscape designs, supervising crew members, ensuring job site safety, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. Effective communication with clients, team members, and management is vital to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Experience in Landscape Construction, Maintenance
- Leadership skills and the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license
- Additional certifications in landscaping or horticulture are a plus
