Qualifications
- 5 years experience selling in a variety of market segments as a Director or Senior Catering Sales Manager in a busy, quality focused Resort, Hotel or Event Venue.
- Proven track record of of success in sales and revenue growth
- Strong leadership & employee development abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, be creative in achieving clients vision and experience in selling upscale, wedding blocks and events.
- Drive catering sales by soliciting new and existing clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow business
- Mentor and develop your sales team
- Collaborate with all Senior leadership teams to deliver seamless event execution
- Be a proud and active hotel representative in local industry and community events
