With a growing footprint and a dedicated client-first culture, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative (Entry Level) to help build and nurture strong relationships that drive long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with current and prospective clients via email and phone to provide updates, answer questions, and present relevant product information.
- Build and expand relationships with key accounts in your portfolio, identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and send customized follow-ups and documentation to potential clients to support the sales process.
- Keep meticulous records in our internal CRM system and maintain data accuracy.
- Stay current on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide informed insights to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree – required.
- At least 1 year of B2B sales or customer service experience in the automotive or similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt quickly to new technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude to be able to explain products and provide assistance to clients.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
