We need an experienced hospitality, sales professional with 4-6 years of high volume/high quality sales experience within a resort, hotel or conference facility. Will be responsible for driving top line revenue for all social and corporate markets. Create and implement sales strategy and new catering packages. First point of contact for inbound leads, solicit outside leads and reestablish relationships with former guests. Mentor and motivate your team to develop and achieve sales and market share goals. Will work closely with clients and senior team leaders to ensure a flawless event.
