Job Description
A Residential Program Coordinator provides operational oversight and supervision to assigned residential group homes for people with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. The Residential Program Coordinator is responsible for assuring quality residential services as well as compliance with licensing and agency expectations. This position communicates to the Director of Residential Services regarding programmatic needs which includes staffing and fiscal resources necessary to ensure first class services and business practices are provided to residents. This position demonstrates a high level of integrity and strong communication skills.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Supervises Program Manager to include coaching, scheduling, counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Works collaboratively with all interdisciplinary team members to ensure ISP’s for individuals are completed/updated as necessary; and ensures any resources needed for implementation are provided
- On-call coverage for assigned areas
- In emergency situations, provide necessary staffing coverage in program/home to maintain safety and welfare of program participants/residents
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree with two years of working experience working directly with persons with disabilities and two years of experience supervising multiple employees
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities and two years’ experience supervising multiple employees
- Valid Driver's License

Salary
- $48,000-$53,000 annually – rates based on level of education, relevant field and supervisory experience
- $60/Month Cell Phone Stipend
Training
- We offer a comprehensive paid two week orientation followed by specific on-boarding for this role
