Job Description

This position oversees the day to day operations of a home to ensure the safety, security, and satisfaction of the residents and staff. Additional duties may include:

• Ensures all policies and procedures, in line with licensing, funding, and departmental expectations, are implemented and enforced.
• Direct supervision of staff and residents
• Management of home finances
• Preparation of schedules
• Oversite and completion of daily documentation
• On-call status is necessary to ensure the home is adequately staffed at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/Associates with at least four years of experience working directly with persons with disabilities or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities
• 1 Year of Supervisory Experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Pennsylvania Drivers License with acceptable driving record

• Full Time
• Primarily 2nd Shift
• On-Call Responsibilities
• Requires Weekends and Holidays

Salary

• $20.50-$22.50 based on level of education and years of experience
• Monthly Cell Phone Stipend

Training

• We offer a comprehensive paid two week training/orientation
