This role will work primarily with the Birney Park neighborhood. Located in the heart of historic Hayes Barton, one of Raleighs most sought after neighborhoods, Birney Park is a vibrant village that evokes the spirit of London and Boston. Birney Park is made with care and designed to reflect the character of 1920s-era homes with beautiful refinement.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Presale / Early Construction :
Support the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to early construction, including preparation of interior specifications.
Manage client relationships post-contract, serving as the primary point of contact.Assist clients with selections and change order management, providing clarity on modifications and pricing.Construction Process :Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the construction process.
Oversee the execution of client selections, ensuring high-quality standards are met.Coordinate walk-throughs and punch list management to ensure a final product that meets client expectations.Post-Construction :Oversee move-in logistics, helping clients with the move-in process and orienting them to their new homes.
Facilitate "make right" actions, addressing post-move-in warranty issues and resolving any discrepancies to ensure client satisfaction.Documentation & Process Management :Ensure timely, well-documented responses to client inquiries and maintain organized communication in Salesforce.
Participate in GC pay app reviews and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.Key Metrics & Success Indicators :Achieve high client satisfaction scores.
Ensure documentation accuracy and efficient Salesforce record-keeping.Maintain organized communication channels to support clear decision-making.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in business, communications or marketing preferred; or equivalent work experience.3 years of work experience in a client facing role such as customer service, account management, sales or project management.Real estate or construction development experience is considered a plus.Required Skills :
Demonstrated exceptional communication skills both written and verbal are critical to communicate with both clients, contractors and team members.Problem solving and conflict resolution are essential to quickly resolve client issues.Customer centric mindset to exceed customers expectations and anticipated their needs.Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Physical requirements include lifting and carrying boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.Top Three Elements of the Role :
Strong Client Relationship Management Skills : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and high levels of trust throughout the construction process.Personalization & Selections Management : Handling and processing selections with prompt and proactive solutions, ensuring clarity and accuracy (ie, tile, cabinet finishings, fixtures).Coordination & Organizational Expertise : Coordinate various stages of the construction process, including walk-throughs, punch list management, and move-in logistics, while maintaining organized, well-documented client interactions in Salesforce.Benefits :
