Job Title: ERP Developer (PeopleSoft Financials)
Location: Austin, TX – Hybrid (4 days Remote / 1 day Onsite)
Job Type: Contract – 3 Months (with potential for a 3-year extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer with strong PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM 9.2) expertise to join a dedicated upgrade project team. This is a hybrid position based in Austin, Texas, with the opportunity for long-term extension.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in PeopleSoft development, technical documentation, system integration, and working in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, modify, test, and debug ERP system code (PeopleSoft Financials 9.2).
- Develop and maintain custom modules, reports, and interfaces.
- Write technical design documents and conduct code reviews.
- Integrate and support ERP applications with various tools and technologies.
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams using tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Support off-hours development and testing as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, including modules: GL, AP, PO, ePro, SCM, and SS.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, COBOL, and SQR.
- Expertise in Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL and RHEL OS scripting.
- Experience with Oracle 19g Database, BI Publisher Reports, and PS Queries.
- Skilled in creating and interpreting technical design documents.
- Experience with AWE (Approval Workflow Engine).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
- Experience using SharePoint Lists.
- Prior work with the State of Texas CAPPS Financials is highly preferred.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile frameworks and Jira for project tracking.
