What are the responsibilities and job description for the Peoplesoft Developer position at Seneca Resources?
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software using PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR, SQL, and Oracle.
- Enhance and maintain PeopleSoft Financials modules, including Contracts, ePro, GL, Payables, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, and Commitment Control.
- Perform data migration, software development, testing, troubleshooting, and defect correction.
- Support applications in multiple environments, ensuring adherence to security policies and coding best practices.
- Develop reports using BI Publisher.
- Participate in peer reviews, documentation, root cause analysis, and testing.
- Provide on-call support as needed.
Required Experience:
- 8 years – PeopleSoft Application Development experience with PeopleCode, PeopleTools (Application Designer, Application Engine), SQR, SQL.
- 8 years – Experience with PeopleSoft Financials implementation and/or upgrade (Contracts, ePro, GL, Payables, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Commitment Control).
- 8 years – Experience with Oracle.
- 8 years – Experience with Unix, Shell scripting, and data migration.
- 8 years – Experience developing in a PeopleSoft 9.2 environment.
- 8 years – Experience developing reports with BI Publisher.
