Position: Jr Desktop Support Specialist
Duration: 12 Months [35 Hrs/Week]
Location: Onsite - Cranston, RI.
- A good understanding of Windows Desktop Administration, Active Directory concepts, Domain administration and Desktop / Laptop client computing are required.
- Win 11 and Microsoft Office 365, Bitlocker, McAfee AD, InTune, SCCM, CMDB, Service Now are highly recommended.
- Experience in large scale asset deployments would be beneficial.
- The ability to strongly function as a member of an established Tech Team, work across a broad range of technologies and liaises across multiple technical areas of the business to support incidents, problems and requests.
- Responsible for answering IT requests via Service Now, phone, email, or in person and explaining solutions in technical and non-technical terms to end users.
Compensation
Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, BeaconGov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
