Title: EHR Systems Analyst
Location: Austin, Texas - Onsite
Duration: 4 Months
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- 8 years of Database management systems, workflows and data migration, with a strong emphasis on healthcare EHR systems in developing scripting, extracting data in hL7 format and mapping to target systems.
- 8 years of Experience in Oracle Cerner Millennium database, Cerner Command Language (CCL) data extraction scripting, crucial for the efficient migration of data to new SaaS platforms.
- 8 years of Business analysis, including reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements, operational procedures, and identifying solutions to automate processes or enhance system functionality
- 8 years of Experience in EHR application domain, understand current system and create workflow analysis, developing work flows, design, programming, and support using software engineering practices.
- 8 years of Experience in documenting process flows and standardizes existing and future process flow improvements by conducting data collection and meetings with the subject matter experts to gain full understanding of system usability and documenting the workflows.
- 8 years of Preparing specifications for data input/output processes. Resolving complex data-related issues using robust analytical skills and logical problem-solving approaches.
- 8 years of Exceptional oral and written communication skills, essential for producing clear project documentation and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
- 8 years of In-depth knowledge of current IT industry trends and market insights, applying them strategically within the organization.
- 8 years of Architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant to infrastructure, information systems, applications, and organizational structure
- 8 years of Resolving complex data-related issues using robust analytical skills and logical problem-solving approaches.
- 8 years of Strong interpersonal abilities to lead diverse teams and inspire high productivity and collaboration among team members
Preferred Skills:
- 2 years of Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates Familiarity with company's information architecture and information management methodologies and Knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology. Familiarity with the existing and planned Preferred
- 2 years of Prior experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations Preferred
- 2 years of Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components Preferred
- 2 years of Experience in regulatory compliance and data security related to healthcare data Preferred
- 2 years of Familiarity with company's information architecture and information management methodologies and Knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology Preferred.
Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, BeaconGov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
