Position: Solution Architecture/Share point Administrator
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Providence, RI(Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expertise in Share point for Government and Salesforce integrations.
- Understand State s existing Share point environment in Government tenant currently deployed across Executive branch of State.
- Work closely with the existing state Share point administrators to understand the Government tenant architecture, its features and limitations to help develop an application-specific electronic data management system.
- Knowledge of integrating Share point with Salesforce applications implementation to leverage Share point as the document management repository.
- Ability to guide and advice on user roles and permissions to ensure that documents are accessed based on application roles and permissions.
- Knowledge of developing and maintaining tagging and meta-tagging functionality to ensure secure document access.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams and technical architecture documentation of integration between CCWIS and SharePoint.
- Ability to work with migration tools such as Share gate and SharePoint Migration Tool to develop the workflow and migration of documents from legacy repositories to the new repository with necessary tagging.
- Ability to develop test plans, implement test plans and monitor risks during implementation of integration between SharePoint and Salesforce.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure high availability on an ongoing basis.
- Understand State s retention policies and develop monitoring tools to report on document retention and deletion.
- Develop capability to monitor overall health of integration between Salesforce and SharePoint, maintain version settings based on application needs, site permissions, usage etc.
- Needs to have experience working with migration tools such as Share gate and SharePoint Migration Tool.
- Understanding of how to perform and enable security and vulnerability tests to ensure security of SharePoint access as document repository, within the overall tenant and within this specific instance.
- Support daily operations of SharePoint document repository, supporting creating and updating documents from the CCWIS application in a seamless manner.
- Ability to create secure Share point sites for communication and information dissemination.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience developing and maintaining Share point sites.
- At least 3 years experience in integrations between Share point and external cloud-based applications.
- At least 3 years experience in establishing Share point as a document management tool.
- At least 3 years experience in implementing application and role-based access in Share point.
- At least 3 years experience working with migration tools such as Share gate and SharePoint Migration Tool.
- Prior state or local government experience a plus.
Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, BeaconGov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
