As an Engineering Manager , you’ll lead a team of talented engineers in designing, building, and scaling the company’s core platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust, scalable fintech solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Own and drive technical initiatives, architecture decisions, and best practices to scale the fintech platform.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
- Hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent as the company scales.
- Balance hands-on coding (as needed) with strategic leadership.
- Implement best practices for software development, including CI / CD, security, and performance optimization.
- Ensure the team delivers on critical projects in a fast-moving startup environment.
