As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Director of Growth and Operations to build and grow our primary care and specialty network in the Central Valley area. You will work closely with senior leadership to advance the company’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
What You’ll Do :
Build and Grow Primary / Specialty Care Network
- Collaborate with our VP - Growth and Operations to develop and execute strategic plans to build and expand the healthcare company's primary care and specialty care networks, ensuring a comprehensive and robust network of healthcare providers.
- Identify and establish relationships with key healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and medical groups to build a strong referral network for primary and specialty care services.
- Collaborate with the business development team to negotiate and secure contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for network expansion, taking into account demographic trends, patient needs, and competitor activities.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of the primary care and specialty care networks, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote the company's primary care and specialty care offerings to potential patients and referring providers.
- Provide leadership and direction to regional growth and operations teams, guiding them in executing network expansion plans and achieving growth targets.
