As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Director of Growth and Operations to build and grow our primary care and specialty network in the Central Valley area. You will work closely with senior leadership to advance the company’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.What You’ll Do : Build and Grow Primary / Specialty Care Network Collaborate with our VP - Growth and Operations to develop and execute strategic plans to build and expand the healthcare company's primary care and specialty care networks, ensuring a comprehensive and robust network of healthcare providers.Identify and establish relationships with key healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and medical groups to build a strong referral network for primary and specialty care services.Collaborate with the business development team to negotiate and secure contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial partnerships.Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for network expansion, taking into account demographic trends, patient needs, and competitor activities.Monitor the performance and effectiveness of the primary care and specialty care networks, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing improvements as needed.Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote the company's primary care and specialty care offerings to potential patients and referring providers.Provide leadership and direction to regional growth and operations teams, guiding them in executing network expansion plans and achieving growth targets.Operations Leadership : Successfully manage and lead the operations of multiple sites across the Central Valley region.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies; respond appropriately and expeditiously to any emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, resource utilization, and financial performance.Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and patient confidentiality.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).5 years of experience in healthcare operations leadership, preferably in FQHC settings.Proven track record of successfully managing multi-site operations in the healthcare industry.Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality improvement methodologies.Demonstrated ability to launch and operationalize new programs or services.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving business goals and driving operational excellence.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
