Job Description : General Laborer
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure that our buildings are well-maintained and in good condition.
Responsibilities :
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Caulk windows, doors, and other areas to prevent leaks and drafts
- Perform landscaping and snow removal duties as required
- Assist with general construction labor tasks
- Perform apartment turns to prepare units for new tenants
- Conduct apartment trash outs to remove unwanted items and debris
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a General Laborer in maintaining buildings, particularly in an apartment complex or for a property management company
- Proficient in cleaning, painting, caulking, landscaping, snow removal, general construction labor, apartment turns, and apartment trash outs
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to transport themselves to and from work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
