The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for leading an associate centric organization to achieve company metrics and goal. Responsible for
- Development of warehouse management team
- Creating and executing succession strategies
- Planning, analysis and strategic goal setting to achieve daily, weekly and annual productivity objectives
- Collaboration within warehouse shifts, and with business partners - Merchant, Planning, Transportation, Technology and Stores
- Continuously improve process by observation, analysis, project planning and strategic execution.
Qualifications
Excellent talent development skills and proven ability to develop a legacy of high performing teams.
Effective communicator who can tailor message to all levels
7 or more years of Warehouse Management. Preferred Off-Price experience.
Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish / English or Creole / English)
