Ecommerce Coordinator (Flex)
Contribute to fast-paced, fast-growing websites within the trusted Bealls family of brands. Work in acollaborative setting with other coordinators, photographers, and merchants as you prepare products to
sell online.
Job Functions :
Work up to 32 hours / week, on an as needed basisManage the flow of products through production studio to sell onlineWrite product descriptions for 15 unique styles each hourAnswer and resolve any merchandise issues from merchant and Ecommerce teamsAssist in online merchandising of businesses as neededManage product information edits and website maintenancePartnership, Support, and Integration :Manage flow of product in and out of the photo studio, working closely with photographers andcentral fulfillment center staffOrganize products to ensure maximum efficiency to list products to website dailyBuild and maintain cross functional relationships with peers, managers, and staffExperience / Qualifications :
High School diplomaRetail experience preferredExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skillsStrong attention to detail with a customer-first approachExcellent verbal and written communicationNatural leadership abilities and team-building skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelComfortable with technology and the ability to learn new programs and platformsAbility to work constructively in a team environment where brainstorming and collaboration arestandardAbility to work varying hours and schedules that may include days, mid-shifts, nights, weekends,and holidaysKnowledge of company standard software, systems, and proceduresMust enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-process environmentPhysical Demands :
