Role Responsibilities
on Responsibilities:
- Working with the public in a friendly manner
- Learning the history of Maker’s Mark
- Tours; VIP, Private, Holiday
- Ambassador sign-in & specialties
- Special events set-up
- Tour confirmations
- Brochure Management
- General cleaning of facilities
- Inventory control, including receiving, tagging and tracking
- Special dipping of merchandise
- VIP Labels
- Supports and adhere to the job requirements for the department with regards to Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations and fully support the company IMS objectives and initiatives
- Other duties as indicated
Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work with the public
- Basic computer skills
- Good work ethic
- Works well in a team environment
- Good phone and communication skills
- General office equipment knowledge
- Speaks English clearly
Non-Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in beverage alcohol industry
- Point of Sale Application Software
- Experience in tourism or hospitality related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Foreign language experience
