Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in factory settings, contributing to the assembly and fabrication of products while ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
***This position is 2nd shift: 4:30pm-1:00am and is only a 2-member team!***
Duties:
- You must be able to communicate and interact with team member.
- You must have a valid Driver's license in order to be considered for this position with a clean driving record.
- You will need to furnish to us a 7 year driving record from the Secretary of State.
- Will need to be able to drive the company vehicle by your self after 1st week.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Verbal communication is a necessity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Teams and Outlook are preferred but will train.
- Must have general computer knowledge.
- Physically fit and able to lift approximately 15-20lbs in order to open, organize and put away packages received.
- Must be able to make multiple trips per day to the local GM facility in company vehicle.
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Fork Truck experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of eSAP software is preferred but will train.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
