We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in asphalt installation and operation, expertise in heavy equipment operation, and a solid mechanical understanding.

Responsibilities:
- Operate Asphalt Paving Equipment: Skillfully handle pavers, rollers, skid loaders, and mini excavators in all phases of paving.
- Loader Operations: Efficiently dig and move materials as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper setup, upkeep, and maintenance of all paving and finishing machinery.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular checks to identify and address any mechanical issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and adhere to safety protocols.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while operating heavy equipment on-site.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in asphalt paving and paving operations.
- Equipment Proficiency: Familiarity with heavy equipment operations, including loaders and pavers.
