This role involves assisting with various on-site construction or paving tasks to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside skilled tradespeople to execute essential construction tasks, including utility installalation, grading work and paving.
- Hands-On Experience: Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites, gaining valuable practical experience.
- Work Environment: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring proper tool storage.
- Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe workplace for all team members.
- Tool Mastery: Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision, enhancing your skill set.
- Versatile Role: Perform general labor tasks as directed by site supervisors or foremen, and assist daily operations on the job.
Requirements
- Experience Welcome: Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate!
- Physical Endurance: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
