Job Overview: Laborer – Taylor Land Development
Taylor Land Development is seeking a hardworking and dependable Laborer to join our team. As a laborer, you will play a key role in various land development projects, including site preparation, excavation, grading, and general construction tasks. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with land clearing, grading, and excavation.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment as needed.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring a clean and organized worksite.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Work alongside equipment operators and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform general maintenance and site cleanup.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or land development is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
