About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Paid Social Lead to join our Paid Digital team. Reporting into our Associate Director, Paid Digital, this role plays a pivotal role in driving performance across paid social channels, with a focus on KPIs like revenue, CPA, and new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid social strategy, hands-on campaign management, and performance creative strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok / TikTok shop
- Drive key performance metrics including revenue, cost per purchase, ROAS, and new customer volume
- Own and execute a learning agenda to drive efficiency improvements via A/B tests
- Oversee creative production and testing for your channels, writing creative briefs and collaborating with internal & external teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Partner closely with the influencer marketing team to integrate paid social activations with influencer campaigns
- Analyze campaign data, report on performance, and provide strategic insights to improve outcomes
- Manage budgets and pacing to ensure campaigns are efficient and aligned with overall marketing objectives
- Stay current with industry trends and platform updates to drive innovation and maintain competitive edge
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align paid social efforts with broader marketing initiatives
Who You Are:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience managing paid social accounts, with a focus on Meta
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through paid social
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Experience writing creative briefs, reviewing creative, and collaborating with design teams to develop ad creatives
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong strategic thinking - can balance the day-to-day with longer term goals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of marketing attribution and platforms like GA4, Amplitude, post-purchase survey, etc
Location: [Boston, MA or NYC/ Brooklyn, New York] Hybrid work schedule of 3 days/week in-office at either of our Boston or Brooklyn headquarters.
