Our company is hiring a Skilled Barista Manager to make different variations of coffee, bagel sandwiches and train staff as needed. Need someone RELIABLE who will show up and be dependable. If a staff member calls out you must be willing to cover shift and assure a smooth work flow. Excellent communication skills. This position is Monday-Friday with weekends as needed. Located on the UW college campus. Immediate start
Responsibilities:
- Open shift, key holder
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Make coffees and ensure a clean work area.
- Supervise other employee as needed.
- Provide good customer service.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance.
- POS / cash handling experience
- Punctuality
Operating hours: 7:00am - 4:30pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
