Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Spray Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pesticides, turf management, turf equipment, and landscaping. Candidates with an active pesticide license will receive higher compensation. A valid Driver's License is required and Preferably a Pesticide License.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sprayers and related equipment for pesticide applications.
- Execute turf management tasks, including equipment maintenance.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites safely.
- Perform lawn care and landscaping duties as needed.
- Engage in sales activities by promoting additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement and manage pest control measures effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in the use of power and hand tools relevant to landscaping.
- Strong knowledge of turf machinery operations and maintenance.
- Ability to safely drive company vehicles.
- Proven experience in lawn care and landscaping practices.
- Excellent sales skills to effectively promote products and services.
- Understanding of pest control methods and regulations.
- Valid Pesticide License and Driver's License are mandatory.
- Public Health License is preferred.
