What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spray Operator position at Current Opportunities?
Job Responsibilities
• Clean, set-up, operate and monitor equipment of the production line
• Use spray guns to coat furniture frames, make adjustments to liquid product according needs.
• Perform line changeovers in a safe and efficient manner
• Complete pre and post cleaning production run
• Maintain communication with other departments, management, and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production
• Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required PPR in designated areas, confined, space safety, safe chemical handling, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Minimum two (2) years experience in spraying in a factory environment, preferred
• Must be left up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
