Who we’re looking for-
Bean Media Productions Inc. Is seeking to retain a creative thinker who isn’t afraid to learn new things and grow as a professional. We are looking for a confident and proven writer, who is also interested in learning and leading an intricate part of our creative marketing strategies. SEO and / or digital marketing experience is certainly a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates hunger and drive to be a part of growing a fun and dynamic strategic team here in Buffalo. This role will ideally be part-time initially, with the ability to become full-time once workflows and experience are established.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Writing & Optimizing 1-3 Pieces of Content Per Day for Clients In Various Industries
- Creating Blog Plans & Content Strategies to be proactive for organic position and reactive to maintain position for vital SEO keywords for clients
- Tracking Results in the form of Keyword Position and Organic Traffic & Reporting Those Results
- Research & Track Competitors of Clients to Maintain a Leg Up and Remain One Step Ahead
- Consistently finding new opportunities to improve existing systems in place to ensure our team is up to speed on any SEO trends, and experimenting in ways that test and create trends that are successful
- Create Eye-Catching Blog Graphics to Accompany Written Content
- Participate & Contribute to Creative Meetings both Internal and with Clients to Help Drive Positive ROI and Collaborate with Other Teammates’ Strategies & Tasks
- When Our Clients See Our Marketing Strategies Work, They Want More- So If You Can Help to find solutions that help our clients earn more revenue, that, in turn, creates opportunities for US to earn more revenue, which enables YOU to earn more!
- If desired, we are also willing to help train the right applicant on Google Ads to help support results of Organic SEO campaigns, and Meta Ads to help support results of Organic Social Media Campaigns. This is not something that will be required upon hire, but could provide a future opportunity to run campaigns as the company grows.

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm In the Office with the Rest of the Team. There are times when remote work is utilized due to weather or other extenuating circumstances, but we are an in-office cohesive culture that feeds off each other and aims to get the best out of each other.
